SOC 2 is evaluated against trust service criteria set by the AICPA. A Type II audit tests whether a company’s controls operated effectively over an extended period, typically several months, rather than confirming they were simply designed well at a single point in time. This cycle’s audit examined controls across five areas of Trustible’s operations: infrastructure security controls, organizational security controls, product security controls, internal security procedures, and data and privacy controls.
Trustible’s new Trust Center organizes this information into an overview of the company’s compliance status, a resources library where customers can request the current SOC 2 report, a full breakdown of controls by category, a list of subprocessors, and an FAQ on how customer data is hosted and secured.
